Gilas Pilipinas Victorious In Revenge Match Against Senegal

Gilas Pilipinas bounced back and got the dub in a rematch against Senegal, 75 - 63, on Sunday at the Heyuan WUS International Basketball Tournament in China.

Bobby Ray Parks Jr's baseline three-pointer and two key layups in the fourth quarter was a huge factor for Gilas, opening the floodgates for a scoring run. Three-pointers from AJ Edu and Kiefer Ravena sealed the nationals' victory as they're now tied with Senegal with a 2 - 1 record in the tournament.

CJ Perez led all scorers for Gilas with 14 points while AJ Edu finished with 13.

Gilas Pilipinas will play their final game against Iran once again on Monday, August 7.
