ILLIT (South Korea)

ILLIT, consisting of five members – YUNAH, MINJU, MOKA, WONHEE and IROHA – is the first girl group from BELIFT LAB, formed in 2023 through the survival show 'R U Next?'. The name 'ILLIT' is the combination of the phrase ‘I will,’ representing an independent spirit and an adventurous will, and the pronoun ‘It,’ which stands to symbolize "something unique." The name highlights the five-piece act’s potential for infinite possibilities and the anticipation for what the future holds. Continuing their unprecedented upward trajectory as the standout rookies of the year in K-Pop, ILLIT scored their first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 just 22 days after the release of their debut album 'SUPER REAL ME,' the album’s lead single 'Magnetic' reaching No. 91 on the chart.

Mahalini (Indonesia)

After the competition, she signed with Hits Records and released her debut single, 'Melawan Restu,' which was well-received and earned her the Indonesian Music Award for 'New Artist of the Year.' Following this success, Mahalini released 'Sisa Rasa' (291 million streams on Spotify,) 'Sial' (340 million streams), and her latest single, 'Mati Matian,' which has topped music charts in Indonesia. Despite having a relatively small discography, Mahalini boasts the highest number of monthly listeners, indicating a strong and dedicated fan base. Her singles have accumulated nearly 1.7 billion streams on Spotify and 653 million views on YouTube.

MASDO (Malaysia)

MASDO was originally named 'The Lipstick' before changing to a name that better reflects their 60s pop music influence. The band is inspired by the late Allahyarham Tan Sri P. Ramlee, a legendary Malaysian film actor, director, singer, songwriter, composer, and producer, who is widely regarded as one of the most iconic and influential figures in the history of Malaysian entertainment. Drawing inspiration particularly from a scene in the movie 'Do Re Mi,' the band offers a distinctive sound and energy that captivates listeners. Band members include Ali Sariah (Aliff Fahmi bin Bahtiar, frontman), Putu Ceri (Ahmad Azanol Kusyairi bin Zainudin, bass player), and Asmawi (Muhammad Aizad Asymawi bin Mohd Ismail, guitarist). Their debut single, 'BUNGA,' released on October 15, 2016, garnered significant attention, while their second single, 'Dinda,' released on February 9, 2019, went viral on TikTok across Indonesia, amassing 52 million streams on Spotify alone.
